PSYCHEDUP PROGRAMS

Q. What type of programs does PsychedUp offer?
A. We offer accredited recorded courses
Q.  In what language are PsychedUp programs offered?
A. English.
Q. What is the length of PsychedUp programs:
A. Duration ranges between 3.5 and 4.5 hours. Details can be found on each program’s page.
Q. I would like to read the learning objectives before registering. Where can I find them?
A. The learning objectives are listed on each program’s page.
Q. After I register for a program, for how long will I have access to its content?
A. 120 days from the purchase date, up to 240 days if you purchase a bundle. (Please read the “bundle & save” section below).
Q. Can I pause and resume whenever I want?
A. Yes, as long as you are still within the allotted time period.
Q. What if the allotted time period passes and I did not get the chance to finish the program and/or receive my certificate?
A. Unfortunately, you will have to re-purchase the course at the regular price, and we don’t want that to happen. Thank you for your understanding.


BUNDLE & SAVE

Q. What are the advantages of purchasing a bundle package?
A. Depending on the number of programs included in the bundle you purchase, you can save up to 20% and receive up to 240 days of access.
Q. What are the different types of bundle packages available?
A. We have 2 types of packages:
- Package with 3 or 4 programs: on those, you will save 15% and receive 180 days access.
- Package with 5 or more programs: on those, you will save 20% and receive 240 days access.
Q. What if the programs I am interested in don’t exist in a pre-defined bundle package?
A. In such a case, please write to us at info@psychedupcme.com, and we will make it happen for you.


ACCOUNT

Q. Do I need to create an account to register for a program?
A. Yes. Please click here to create an account.
It’s a good idea to save your email address and password used to create your account because you will need them to join any PsychedUp program (Live and/or recorded).
Q. Do I need a different account for each of the above programs type or each time I register for a new live webinar?
A. NO. Your account will always be the same (for ALL live webinars and recorded programs).


PAYMENT - RECEIPT - TAX - DISCOUNTS - REFUND POLICY

Q. How can I pay to register for a PsychedUp program?
A. You can pay using any major credit card: Visa, Master Card, and Amex.
Q. Can I pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay...etc?
A. No. Only major credit cards are accepted.
Q. Do you save my credit card details?
A. You have the option to save your credit card details in your profile to accelerate future checkouts, however, we do not have access to this information.
Q. The receipt in my “order history” does not show the tax split, why?
A. As of April 22, 2021, all PsychedUp programs’ prices are tax inclusive. Our platform does not calculate the tax split however, we partnered with a 3rd party (Quaderno) to calculate the tax for you.
Upon purchasing any program, you will receive an email from notifications@quaderno.io containing a detailed receipt with the tax split. Kindly check your spam/junk folders and add notifications@quaderno.io to your safe contacts list.
Q. Do you offer discounts if I want to register for more than one program?
A. Yes. Please read the above “BUNDLE & SAVE” section.
We also offer larger discounts for Universities, Medical Associations, Group Clinics, Journal Clubs, Pharmaceutical Companies, Divisions of Family Practice - Nurses - Nurse Practitioners, Hospitals…Please write to us on info@psychedupcme.com
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Since you have at least 120 days to participate in any PsychedUp program, no refunds will be made for any PsychedUp program (live and/or recorded).


PROGRAMS MATERIAL

Q. Is there a slides’ handout that accompanies PsychedUp programs?
A. Yes, a downloadable, printable PDF is provided when you register for a program.
As of April 16, 2021, the slide handout will be offered in 2 different formats (same content): 1 slide/page and 3 slides/page.
Q. Can I download/share the recorded videos and/or the program materials?
A. No. The videos and all supporting materials provided are the sole property of PsychedUp. All rights are reserved, reproduction, distribution, and/or editing are prohibited. You are welcome to save a copy of the handout, but you can not share it with anyone.

TECHNOLOGY

Q. Do I need to download an app to register for/participate in a RECORDED PROGRAM &/or a LIVE WEBINAR? 
A. No. You can access all PsychedUp programs (Live &/or Recorded) from any web browser (except Microsoft explorer) from your desktop, phone, tablet...etc.


Accreditation and Certificates of Attendance

Q. Are all PsychedUp programs accredited by the College of Family Physicians of Canada for Mainpro+?
A. YES. You will receive 7 Mainpro+/program

Q. How can I get the 7 Mainpro+ for participating in a recorded program?
A. Part of the learning process, the CFPC requires that you reflect on what you learned at PsychedUp and how you implemented those learnings in your clinical practice.

After each program, you will be asked to complete 2 surveys:
a. In the first survey, you will need to reflect on what you “intend to change” in your clinical practice, and share “some of the challenges you anticipate facing”.
b. 2 to 3 weeks after you submit your answers to the first survey, you will automatically receive the second survey, in which you need to answer the following question: "Based on what I learned at PsychedUp CME, I have implemented the following changes in my practice”, and share the strategies you used to overcome the challenges you faced. When you submit your response, you will receive a second certificate that includes the CFPC code that will enable you to claim your 7 Mainpro+ credits.

Q. Can I earn MOC from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada?
